  Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.

• What if I don't receive my order??

  Yikes!! We know how inconvenient it can be and down right disappointing to realize your package is lost in transit! We receive a receipt and always email that your package has shipped along with tracking information, if available depending on the package. Should your package become lost in transit due to our wonderful USPS, we will work with you and them to try and recover it. If your package is marked as delivered unfortunately we will be unable to help any further. If your package is somewhere in postal space and still hasn't reached you after we have exhausted our efforts within a 2 week window we will file a claim on your behalf. We apologize but no monies can be refunded if you have received tracking information, due to the fact that Kreativ Statement shipped purchased product and is in receipt of tracking number which you will be provided with, and it has no become an issue with USPS.
